Welcome to "Conquistadors," an Online Learning Adventure from PBS. This innovative educational resource has been created for middle and high school classrooms to learn about the Spanish Conquistadors in the New World and the legacy of their contact with Native Americans. In this resource, students will contrast the views of public and private life in the target culture and its civilizations with worldviews. Additionally, students will read about the Aztecs and their king, Moctezuma, who appeared in the valley of Mexico in mid-thirteenth century AD.
