*As an elementary school SLMC, I appreciate finding professional development activities here.
*No information literacy strategies are integrated in subject content.
*Collaboration between SLMC & teachers can be added.
*Strengths: The SLMC can be a instructional partner in planning and delivering instruction, assessing student progress, and evaluating activities. There are opportunities for real-world applications.
*Opportunities: The library is used as part of the instructional space.

As a SLMC I would use this as a resource for staff PD and potentially as resource for my high school students.
*No information literacy strategies are integrated.
*Collaboration between SLMC and teacher can be added.
*Opportunities present to create activities where prior knowledge could be obtained and the library and SLMC could be an asset in providing this information.
