Consider: Why is OER a value-add to our district and teams?  

Why will framing be an important component of successful engagement?

The resource will add value to instructional practice once teachers are trained in using the platform and have ample time to experience using it AND have a full understanding of being an active part of an OER community.

OER will provide instructional content that can be modified to meet teacher/student needs.

OER will save money which is currently being spent on other content resources.
