For secondary students who should have a grasp of computer/internet safety this will be review. For those who do not know the basics of computer/Internet safety, this will be a learning experience and it will help then learn some of the Digital Learning Standards.
I could leave a list of what I think you are expected to do but I do not know your students so I will leave some resources for you to use or you can use what is already in place in your classroom/school/district/

Digital Passport by Common Sense Media- Created for 3-5 but could be used for those at a lower reading/comprehension level. Available in Spanish
Digital Compass by Common Sense Education teaches students the fundamentals of digital citizenship through a choose-your-own-path interactive game, designed for grades 6–8. Available in Spanish
Media Smarts- A great website created for 3-5 but could be used for those at a lower reading/comprehension level. This site runs on Flash so will be gone by December 2020 unless they update it.
Be Internet Awesome by Google- Great for Secondary students of any age
23 Lessons for Internet Saftey by Common Sense Media - These lessons are from Kindergarten to grade 12. You will need to sign up for a free account to access the lessons. Spanish translations within the lesson plans.
Once the student passes to your liking give them the Technology Permit. When they prove they know what they are doing through practice and modeling within class give them the Technology License.
