#GoOpenNC has three main opportunities to interact with the resources on the platform.

Find/Use Existing Resources	District-Level Instructional Coaches and DT&L Specialists within first 2 months	School Level MCLs & DLCs within first 4 months.	Teachers within first 6 months.
Collect/Curate Resources and Collections	District-Level Instructional Coaches and DT&L Specialists within 6 months.	School Level MCLs & DLCs within first 8 months.
Create/Upload Resources			All educators within 18 months.

#GoOpenNC has three main ways to participate on the platform

Share/Evaluate Resources	District Level Instructional Coaches and DT&L Specialists learn to evaluate resources before August. This small group can handle seeing it in "dress rehearsal" mode. MCL's & DLC's in August (teacher workdays) Teachers have the opportunity to be introduced to GoOpenNC in October (AmplifyDay)
Participate in Professional Learning locally or statewide	MCL's & DLC's in August (teacher workdays) Teachers have the opportunity to be introduced to GoOpenNC in October (AmplifyDay) Ongoing during PLCs.
Network and Collaborate with Other NC Educators	All Educators will expand their knowledge via their PLNs.

#GoOpenNC has opportunities for all educators to being engaging. Consider who would be your main early engagers in the next 6 months.

MCLs and DLCs	approximately 50 participants	To support teachers in learning to Find & Use high quality resources. Evaluate Resources within the OER.	Training on OER and licensing, structured discussion on high quality materials, scaffolded due dates for uploads
ECPS Educators	All - will have the opportunity	Learning to Find & Use high quality resources. Evaluate Resources within the OER.	Training on OER and licensing, structured discussion on high quality materials, scaffolded due dates for uploads

As #GoOpenNC plans to be teacher-facing by August, what would be your plans for engaging your desired educators in doing the WHAT and the HOW?

TOYs	Create Resources	Using a Hub	By December	TOYs will be invited to participate, join a group that includes monthly discussion with the upload happening in December
