1) Engaging with Resources - The WHAT:

#GoOpenNC has three main opportunities to interact with the resources on the platform.

Find/Use Existing ResourcesProvided opportunities for HQ professional development on where to find OER resources.Create an interface where teachers can share lesson topics for all teachers K-12 to view; to allow teachers to see who is working on similar or cross-curricular topics
Collect/Curate Resources and CollectionsHave teachers in each department reflect on the past year and develop a list of lessons that went well and tag them with categories (Group Work, iPad, QR Codes, content-focused tags, etc.) At least one teacher per department collecting the best resources from their departments to upload.
Create/Upload ResourcesEncourage teachers to think of lessons and resources that they have developed that they would want to upload to an OER system.At least one teacher per department creating/remixing resources from their department to upload

2) Engaging with Platform - The HOW:
