#GoOpenNC has three main opportunities to interact with the resources on the platform.

Level of Engagement	What would be your vision for WHAT your educators would do in the next 6 months?	What would be your vision for WHAT your educators would do in the next 18 months?
Find/Use Existing Resources	Pilot group helps develop resources to be used by other teachers Train the trainer	Official district wide PD
Collect/Curate Resources and Collections	Introductory/design/organization of district resources	Development of some resources
Create/Upload Resources	Understanding the mechanics of creating/uploading content	By the end of the initial SY, each pilot member create/upload at least one resource

#GoOpenNC has opportunities for all educators to being engaging. Consider who would be your main early engagers in the next 6 months.
