-Create a Hub to collect curricular support materials
-Access to Detroit Open Resources

-We need the PowerPoint from the training session

2) Engaging with Platform - The HOW:

#GoOpenNC has three main ways to participate on the platform

-Creating an awareness: let people go and play before actively pushing
-Reference list of all open source locations

-Virtual courses created locally and are included/added into state OER platform.

Participate in Professional Learning locally or statewide

-Teachers participate in a copyright course through Canvas created by media coordinators.
-Summit session on teacher copyright and licensing (media coordinator)




-InstaEd become a Hub (DLI)
-Encourage and spotlight PLC's that add to development and vetting of resources.

Network and Collaborate with Other NC Educators

-Encourage educators to engage in Groups and Hubs with similar educators







-Promote county-wide sharing- limit silos
-Internal educator collaboration for BT support





3) Engaging the Educators - The WHO:

#GoOpenNC has opportunities for all educators to being engaging. Consider who would be your main early engagers in the next 6 months.
