At Home Learning Learning: Words with Silent “e"
This lesson is for Grades 1 - 2 on literacy. • Distinguish the difference between a consonant letter and a vowel letter.
• Determine whether a vowel has a short or long sound based on the silent ‘e’ at the end
of a word (CvCe).
• Sort words based on their vowel sound.
