SUMMER ROBERTS on Dec 02, 04:53am

As a high school ELA teacher, I am excited about using this resource. It fully aligns with the indicated W.3e standard while also dipping into other standards that have to do with structure, word choice, and the effect of language. The analysis paragraph and the necessity of reflecting on two different structures add rigor to the assignment while the option of completing the assignment with a partner adds support. The assignment is clear, usable, and focused. I wonder if technology could be used to make the restructuring of the poem easier.
