Hi Marquis...I do one-on-one Zoom meetings with my students this week which has been very successful! Here is a link to a two-week lesson plan in Everfi http://info.everfi.com/rs/410-YCZ-984/images/K12_Two_Week_Digital_Learning_Plan%20%281%29.pdf?mkt_tok=eyJpIjoiT0RsaE5Ua3dPRGcwTlRCaCIsInQiOiJGcXBCQk9xZmZpQ2FzQWtEeVl6NERSaGUrZlJwdFQ2TWpZanhJVUUrcVZJanU5VW16SjBHc3FiSHh0a0VoRWdzTHZxZTAzK2xHTmRGVWRUc1NVMUhkOWQyK09DK2huV1R3dlBzOXFkZTBZWUZXaVNRSzdITjNKdWtROE1WTDB4SSJ9
Are you guys moving towards Microsoft Teams at all? We've been told not to use Zoom and Canvas just doesn't work for me. I like Zoom because it's so easy to navigate but I also see the flip side with using it as well.
I received permission from my administrator to use Zoom with a small group or one-on-one, as long as I use the waiting room and passwords to get in. With the use of so many different devices, Zoom is the best platform for reduced problems with buffering. Many colleagues use google meet and I like that platform, but I never have been able to connect well with my families on it. This may be because of the use of mobile hotspots in rural NC.
