Read the Fine Print
In this STEM lesson, teams of students explore the relationship of heat to temperature. Participating in hands on experiments, they will observe and investigate convection currents and heat transfer. Finally, they are challenged to use their learning in this unit to create a melt proof ice cream container. Students will design and build the container, then track temperature changes over 4 hours to determine if their design works.
