Yes, I think there is motivation. The video makes great comparisons to students and citizens about the concerns of a "Single Story".

Within the lesson plan submitted on the platform, there are no other sections that include accommodations for students who need the barriers removed to be able to complete this lesson.

Purpose: Limited (1)

The video appears to be the only "technology" used in this lesson. However, depending on school/student technology, this may be the only option of "technology" to use to present material. If not, students could use digital documents to collaborate and be creative with for the lesson.
