Instructional Coaches and Instructional Technology Facilitators will train the school-based lead teachers by the end of September.
By the end of December, each school based-lead teacher (one from each grade level) will have trained their grade levels and uploaded at least one lesson with student work samples- either an original lesson or remixed lesson.

Share today's learning with Instructional Facilitators later this week at our district meeting and later this month or next month with school administrators.
Conduct professional development in August with teachers.
Create an ACS Hub and provide lesson plan exemplars.
Allow time for proper preparation of GoOpenNC before sharing with other professionals - research and practice utilizing the platform during this period.
At our anuual Back-to-School conference, explain and educate others on GoOpenNC -what, how, why, when
During PLC meetings, support teachers as they begin using this platform -collecting, curating, and sharing resources.

We are planning to meet with our District Tech Director and our District Curriculum Director and see what they feel is the best route in taking with this at this time.
Probably feel that it's best that elementary level to let the Instructional Coaches & Media Co-ordinator explain to the teachers what this.
At Middle School - let the Instructional Tech Facilitator, Instructional Coach & Media Co-ordinator

At this time we are not sure of what OER resources we would like to see added as this is such a new option for us. We would like more input from out teachers at each level.

Yes! I feel that this is a perfect timeline of events. There could be training on the PD days on copyright and the OER to get them ready.
Yes and the PLCs could form groups in GoOpenNC to keep the resources in a collection and rate the used resources.
