Strengths (characteristics that give it an advantage over others)
Weaknesses (Characteristics that give it a disadvantage relative to others)
Opportunities (elements in the environment that the project could exploit to its advantage)
Threats (elements in the environment that could cause trouble for the project)
S: Teachers have already gathered resources together
W: May not be aligned to our standards and objectives
O: Able to create groups and organize materials from year to year
T: Not all members of the school can access the information, resource teacher (retired)
Strengths - One place to login and find multiple resources.
Opportunities - networking with other districts/teachers, build what you want in you hub, and learn from others.
Strengths-Another resource to help plan lessons and gain new ideas for teaching to the standards
Weaknesses-An overabundance of resources can be overwhelming trying to look for a certain unit teaching
Opportunities-sharing materials with in grade level and schoolwide
Threats-unable to search by rating/evaluation
Strengths: for #GoOpenNC:
The resources are easy to find and there are many, many resources available "at your fingertips"
Weaknesses:
None recognized at this time
Opportunities:
Ability to openly share rescources between grade levels and schools
Threats:
"One more Thing" and a lack of time to really delve in and discover this (seemingly wonderful rescource.) :( But I'll make an effort!! Seems amazing!!
