I am a third grade teacher and this is a perfect lesson to share the number line strategy for addition and subtraction.
Partial alignment by covering part of standard and should be considered as part of a unit that would address the standard.
Has clear learning objectives that are achievable through completion of this resource.
Has some assessment strategies that will measure student progress of the specified standards, but needs additional formative and summative strategies.
This resource has accurate content and is accessible for all students. Being able to visualize the number line would be helpful for many students in developing their understanding of basic number sense.
This resource might benefit from a simple formative assessment, such as an exit ticket, in order to measure student understanding
