I am a high school history teacher, this resource is very useful to use when creating a HQPBL project. This resource is fully aligned with the standards tagged and has clear learning objectives. This can be remixed to use by multiple disciplines and can be fixed to go with any individual project.
As a history teacher I use many projects tot facilitate the learning of my students. Rubrics provide a way to share feedback and make grading less subjective. This rubric is a good starting point for research based projects. With some remixing teachers will be able to align it with the goals for their individual project.
