So if you go through phases where you feel like eating more sometimes, that's usually why. But binge eating is different from normal appetite increases or overeating over the holidays. People with a binge eating problem eat unusually large amounts of food on a regular basis. They often eat quickly, do other things while they eat (like watch TV or do homework), and don't stop when they're full.
Students learn about Body Mass Index and helps students calculate their own BMI. One of the biggest questions guys and girls have as they grow and develop is whether they're the right weight. One place to start is by learning about body mass index, or BMI, a calculation that estimates how much body fat a person has based on his or her weight and height.
