Living through our teen years comes with all sorts of changes and adjustments, so it's normal to face some emotional ups and downs. If a person is struggling with extra weight, it can add to these emotions.
This resource provides information to help students understand how to deal with conflict including examples of how to react to certain situations.
Students perform various exercises from fitness components. They will keep track of the numbers that are rolled on the die and add them all together at the end of the game. Students will also work with their groups showing teamwork and ethics.
