In this lesson, students will decompose angles using pattern blocks.
In this lesson, students will practice and solidify Grade 4 vocabulary.
Students will use everyday craft items to build a simple angle based bridge ( swing set design ) Once bridges are built they will test their strength by placing weighted objects most likely gram weights or something that is a uniform weight on the bridge until it fails. Or they could test by levels of weight. 10grams, 20 grams etc.
In this lesson students are introduced to angles, learn their definitions, how to name them, and the idea of measuring angles. They also learn the number of degrees in a circle, a half-circle and a quarter circle.
This interactive reinforces students' understanding of measuring angles by providing a step by step tutorial, key vocabulary, a karaoke song and a quiz.
Students learn about angle measure by watching a video, reviewing examples, and practicing on their own.
This practice worksheet helps students to develop an understanding of angles and angle measurement through the practice of drawing and measuring angles using a protractor. Answers can be found here: https://corbettmathsprimary.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/angles-answers.pdf
The two instructional videos help students to develop an understanding of angles and angle measurement through demonstration of the measurement of angles and then how to use a protractor to draw an angle. Note: Reflex angles are discussed, rather than obtuse
In this lesson, students recognize angle measures as additive and solve addition and subtraction problems to find unknown angles on a diagram in real world and mathematical problems.

This online interactive provides a step by step tutorial on classifying angles. Students are also able to test their knowledge to see how well they understand classifying angles.
This short video and interactive assessment activity is designed to give fourth graders an overview of the sum of the angles of a triangle.
This is a lesson to help introduce types of angles and their measures. With this lesson, students are provided new information and then given the opportunity to practice that new information through note-taking, exploration, creation, movement, and song.
This practice worksheet helps students to develop an understanding of angles and angle measurement. The following types of angles are included: acute, obtuse, right, and reflex Answers are located here: https://corbettmathsprimary.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/types-of-angles-answers.pdf
