This form is to be used when beginning a new coaching/support relationship with a beginning teacher. It is establishes the parameters of the professional coaching and gives the teacher an opportunity to share details and needs/wants for support. This allows the BT to contribute to how he or she is supported before classroom visits begin.
AASL has just released their OER Toolkit to help support the AASL Standards. They used the personas from the AASL Standards book. There are tie-ins with the shared foundations and the domains.
