Sttudents will produce words with variant correspondences. Reproducible materials are included in the PDF.
Students will identify affixes, roots, base words, syllables, and variant correspondences in words.
How do cells keep us alive? Through reading and hands-on activities, students learn about parts of a cell, and their functions in carrying out processes for life. Study skills are taught and modeled as students make entries in science notebooks.
The Jeopardy game template can be used as a resource to support reading skills development. The Jeopardy Labs site has many options for reading instruction in the areas of phonics, phonemic awareness, vocabulary and other areas.
