K.CC.6 was partially addressed in this activity. Students were asked to identify whether a set was equal, greater than or less than by counting only. Maybe the activity could be remixed to ask students to show another strategy to comparing the group of objects. Ask students to match up the cubes and then determine whether they are equal, less, or greater than the other group.
